1. Service-Based Work
Scaleup Infotech provides custom digital services. Because work often begins with research, strategy, planning, design, development, communication, and resource allocation, refunds are handled based on the stage of work completed and the written project scope.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments or booking amounts are generally non-refundable once work has started, discovery has been completed, resources have been allocated, or project planning has been delivered. If work has not started, Scaleup Infotech may review refund eligibility case by case.
3. Milestone Payments
- Payments made for completed milestones are not refundable.
- If a project is cancelled mid-way, charges may apply for completed work, time spent, planning, assets, and communication.
- Any unused balance, if applicable, may be adjusted against future work at Scaleup Infotech's discretion.
4. Client Delays & Paused Projects
Projects may be paused if required access, content, approvals, feedback, or payments are delayed. Long delays may require revised timelines, revised pricing, or reactivation planning.
5. Third-Party Costs
Domain, hosting, plugins, themes, APIs, ads, email tools, payment gateway fees, stock assets, and other third-party purchases are not refundable by Scaleup Infotech. Such costs are controlled by the respective vendors.
6. Requesting Cancellation
To request cancellation or refund review, email support@scaleupinfotech.com with your name, project details, invoice reference, and reason for cancellation.
