Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our services are our proprietary property. However, upon full payment for a custom project (Website, App, or Software), the Intellectual Property (IP) rights and Source Code are transferred to the Client.

• We grant you full ownership of custom code written specifically for your project.
• We retain the right to reuse generic code libraries and tools developed by us.

• All fees are due according to the schedule agreed upon in the specific project proposal or contract.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for late payments.
• Prices for our services are subject to change without notice (for new contracts).

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
